The kick-off meeting of MoLeYa took place in Sofia, Bulgaria from 1-3 December, 2008.During the start mee
ting the project content and the different work packages were presented to the project consortium. The partners discussed general project issues, responsibilities of each partner within the work packages as well as administrative and financial issues. The next working steps were defined and agreed by all partners. Until the second project meeting each partner will carry out a literature research to answer following questions:
- What is motivation?
- Why is motivation important?
- What factors hinder motivation?
- What factors help motivation?
The agenda also included time for social activities to get to know each other and to build a basis for successful cooperation between all project partners
