College of Social Sciences

The College of Social Sciences is the second biggest private college in Lithuania and has gained the reputation of an advanced institution both among local community and regional business sector. The main goal of the College is to educate qualified specialists able to work on their own in a wide variety of business, service and social spheres.

The College has very close relations with more than 600 Lithuanian business companies, which accept students for their practice and participate in creation of study programmes. While executing national Phare projects, the College provides teaching services for enterprises and helps to improve skills of employees at their workplace. The College has also gained experience in execution of national and international projects and strives to adapt European dimension to all of its activities. Also College of Social Sciences is a member of Lithuanian Business Employers’ Confederation. The College plays active role in Klaipeda Regional Employers’ Association and is one of the founders of this association.

College has a lot of experience in project management. It has implemented more then 30 projects in past 10 years under these programmes: Structural funds, INTERREG, Phare, and Lifelong learning Program. The College has experience in high-qualified research, carrying out analysis, organizing seminars, meetings and conferences on the research subject areas and of international co-operation.
